Extraco supports the establishment in Ourense of the Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering
Pablo Prada Valencia, chairman of the Board of Directors of Extraco, sent a letter to the School of Aeronautical Engineering of the University of Vigo showing the company’s support to the exclusive establishment of the Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering at the Ourense campus.
In his letter, Prada also explains that this Master’s is interesting for the company and it offers a golden opportunity to revitalize and boost high education at the Ourense campus, opening new fields for the scientific-technological progress of Galicia.
Last March, the Governing Body of the University of Vigo approved the declarations of interest for several degrees and masters for the academic year 2020-2021, and the Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering at the Ourense campus was among them. The board of the School of Aeronautical Engineering had requested that this new certificate was exclusive for the local campus within the Galician University System, as it is the case of the Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Once this Master’s Degree is established, the prospective graduates will be able to continue their studies in Ourense, entitling them to exercise the regulated profession of Aeronautical Engineer.
