A joint venture in which Extraco participates has recently secured a four-year renewal of the contract for the maintenance of the Xunta de Galicia’s regional road network in the province of Ourense.

The contract covers a wide range of services, including road surface improvement and reinforcement works, vegetation clearing, road signage maintenance, and winter road operations.

Representatives of the regional government recently visited Extraco’s facilities in Ourense to acknowledge and thank the company for its commitment and efforts during the past winter maintenance campaign.

Extraco kept its personnel and equipment mobilized or on permanent standby for many days. Snowplows fitted with salt spreaders and brine sprayers, along with light vehicles, vans, support trucks, backhoes and other heavy machinery, worked continuously to keep a significant portion of the regional road network operational.
