Construction of a whole building to be used as a wellness centre, with 2,165 m2 including basement, lower ground floor, and ground floor. It has several swimming pools, a relaxation area, medical examination rooms, thermal treatment and balneotherapy areas, engine and maintenance rooms, a control office and a rehabilitation gym, among other facilities.
