The facility, which includes a basement and two above-ground floors, has been constructed in accordance with advanced sustainability standards.<\/p>\n<p>The basement level serves as a parking area and is now equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. To further reduce energy consumption, photovoltaic panels have been installed on the south-facing fa\u00e7ade and the roof. The building also features a fully ventilated fa\u00e7ade made of aluminum, incorporating double-glazed laminated safety glass with argon gas, providing enhanced thermal insulation and acoustic performance.<\/p>\n<p>The project, developed by <strong>Extraco<\/strong>, was officially inaugurated in early October by the president of Emasesa and mayor of Seville, Jos\u00e9 Luis Sanz, together
