A group of participants in the Rosalía Program—an initiative aimed at promoting equality and preventing gender-based violence, developed by the Red Talento Consultoras network in collaboration with the Regional Government of Galicia and with support from European funds—visited Extraco’s headquarters in Ourense.

The visit sought to raise awareness of new employment opportunities for women from rural areas, where access to the labor market is often more limited. The participants came from the municipalities of Xunqueira de Ambía, Sandiás, Rairiz de Veiga, A Pobra de Trives, Ramirás, Barbadás, and Vilar de Barrio.

During the visit, the group learned about the company’s structure and operations through presentations given by Carina Fernández Sánchez, Head of Quality, and María José Pérez Listón, Head of the Legal Department.
